The top part of these leggings is made out of opaque cotton/spandex fabric and the bottom part is made out of stretch mesh fabric. The leg seam is cut high so you can wear them under shorts and skirts.

♦LENGTH: 28 inch inseam 
♦FABRIC TYPE: Opaque fabric is soft and stretchy 90% cotton, 10% spandex medium weight jersey knit. Leg fabric is nylon/spandex stretch mesh.
♦FEATURES: Waistband has thin elastic enclosed inside
♦WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: hand wash cold or machine wash cold in a mesh garment bag, hang dry
♦SIZE INFO: Find the size chart in the item images. If you are between sizes, the smaller size will probably fit best. The size chart shows body measurements. The actual leggings will be slightly smaller than these measurements because they need to stretch to fit. If you need help choosing the right size, please contact us before placing an order.
